Items can be put onto account and paid up. Just pay a deposit of 20%. This can be done instore or online using code ACCOUNT.
Items will be kept in shop until paid in full. Payments can be paid instore of via PayPal or bank transfer.
When you recieve a pick up/ fulfilled notification, this means it has been processed and ready for collection/shipping once paid in full.
Returns
Full price items
We have a 30 day returns policy for full priced items. If 30 days have passed since the day of purchase unfortunately we can't offer an exchange or refund.
For the item to be eligible for return it must be in the same condition that you received it with all labels on.
Items exempt from return are hair accessories and socks/tights once removed from packaging.
To return, fill in the returns form received with parcel and return items to 8 Market Street, Limavady, BT49 0AA. You will receive an email confirmation once refund is issued. Please check junk mail before contacting us.
